Payment
Payment for all orders must be made in full before your gift box is despatched. Butler & Leitch reserves the right to refuse any order prior to the payment transaction being completed. Payment may be made by debit or credit card either on-line, by fax or telephone, or by sending a cheque made out to Butler and Leitch to the address listed on our contacts page. Our featured boxes contain alcoholic beverages, and therefore orders cannot be accepted by persons under the age of 18. By placing an order with us you make representations that you are over 18. If you are underage and place an order you are in breach of contract and may also be in breach of the law. The holder of the debit or credit card will be fully liable in such a case. We will replace or refund any faulty goods or good damaged in transit provided that you notify us within 10 days of receipt and that, if reasonably practicable, you return the goods, with the packing slip to us by recorded delivery.
