Chillies? In Northumberland? We were surprised too, but these locally grown chillies make for fabulous sauces – from Sweet Chilli to Belizean Habenero and Smoky Chipotle. They started out in 2005 and now boast a crop of over 60 varieties of chillies from every corner of the world, providing some spice for those of us with more adventurous taste in food!
