When you purchase a gift box from Butler and Leitch, whether for yourself, a friend, family member or client, we want them to be delighted and impressed. Of course if any of the products contained in one of our boxes is faulty in any way we will gladly exchange it. When you purchase from us you give us personal details such as your address and contact details. We respect your privacy and will only pass these details on to selected organisations with offers we feel you would be interested in. We’d love to be able to send you information from time to time on our products, or food innovations in our region, but of course if you’d rather we didn’t we will always respect your wishes, please just let us know We believe in quality and value for money- full size products, not miniature versions, so that you can really experience the fabulous products that Northumbria has to offer. If we cannot supply a particular product listed on our website, we will ensure that the substitute is of equal or greater quality and price.
Butler & Leitch specialise in gift boxes containing products sourced from the area of Northumbria, including Northumberland, Tyne & Wear and County Durham. If we have been unable to source a product from these areas this will be made clear in the box description and the further information supplied regarding the box contents.
